Refund policy
We want you to absolutely LOVE your purchase from Annie Ks Boutique! However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days in which the item was received if the item meets the following criteria:
- Unworn, Unwashed, and in Original Condition: The item must be in its original condition, meaning it should not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Item must be free of makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind. All original tags must be attached.
- Original Packaging: The item must be returned with its original packaging, if applicable (eg: garment bag).
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for ALL returns.
DAMAGED or INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us IMMEDIATELY if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We must be notified within 7 days to receive a refund or replacement for damaged or incorrect items.
EXCEPTIONS
Final Sale Items: All sale and clearance items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
Jewelry and Accessories: We do not except returns on jewelry and accessories except when received damaged upon arrival.
Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on gift cards.
INITIATING A RETURN:
First, contact Annie K's Boutique via email @ annieksboutique1@gmail.com to request a return or submit a return request through the self serve portal via the customer's account. When emailing, please provide your name, address, order number, and item you wish to return. If known, you may include the item you would like to exchange. We will honor your exchange request if the merchandise is available. Once your return is accepted, a return label will be generated and emailed to your account in our system. However, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and the costs will be deducted from the store credit/exchange. Returned items must be in their original condition as stated in the guidelines above. Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any other stains will be discarded without a refund plus the incurred additional shipping costs. If you do not contact Annie K's Boutique or submit a return request through the self serve customer portal first, your return WILL NOT be accepted.
We will notify the customer once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the return is approved. If approved, you will be emailed an ONLINE STORE E-CREDIT no later than 72 business hours. If more than 10 business days have passed since we have approved the return and you have not received your ONLINE STORE E-CREDIT, please notify us at annieksboutique1@gmail.com.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are offered based on availability and are at the digression of Annie Ks Boutique.
REFUNDS
Refunds are only offered when an item is deemed damaged or defective upon arrival. Annie K's Boutique MUST be notified within 7 days of receiving a damaged or defective item.
