Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout and usually arrive within 2–3 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $100.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally in the future.
How will I know my order has shipped?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with tags still attached within 10 days of delivery. Final sale items, gift cards, jewelry and accessories are not eligible for return.
How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, please email us at annieksboutique1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions.
You may also use the self service return portal and our team will communicate with you via the portal.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive store credit and it will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Sizing
How do I find my size?
We offer a general size guide to assist you in finding the correct size. However, we recommend that you refer to the product description on each product page for specific measurements. Our styles are designed to fit true to size unless otherwise noted in the product description.
What if an item doesn't fit?
If your item does not fit, you are welcome to exchange it for a different size within our 10-day return/exchange window, subject to availability.
Do you carry plus sizes?
We offer a range of sizes across our collections. Please refer to individual product pages for available size options. We are continually working to expand our size range and currently offer a Plus Size Collection.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal and Google Pay for a fast and secure checkout experience.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Our store is powered by Shopify, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption to keep your payment information safe and secure.
Do you offer buy now, pay later options?
We offer installment payment options through Shop Pay Installments at checkout, depending on your eligibility. Look for the option at checkout.
Order Tracking
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website or via the Shop app.
My tracking hasn't updated — what should I do?
Tracking information can sometimes take 24–48 hours to update after your order ships. If your tracking has not updated after 48 hours, please reach out to us at annieksboutique1@gmail.com and we will look into it for you.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at annieksboutique1@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships.
